The HAP exchange programme IEPA (International Exchange Programme for Artists) is designed to enable all artists living in Hesse to network internationally. Twice a year artists can apply for a three-month working stay abroad at a partnerorganisation or a travel scholarship for a selforganized stay. In this way a network and a sustainable exchange is to be created. Last but not least, a new perspective on their own work is made possible and artistic development is promoted.
